Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MVA Calls collects and uses information submitted through mvacalls.com.

Information we collect

Our qualification form may collect business information from attorneys and law-firm representatives, including:

  • Whether the firm practices personal injury law
  • The firm's capacity and state
  • Law-firm name
  • Representative's name, work email, and telephone number

We may also receive limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring page, and basic website activity through hosting, security, and analytics tools.

How we use information

  • Evaluate whether a law firm may be a fit for our services
  • Respond to inquiries and discuss campaign availability
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Measure advertising performance
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure basic website activity and advertising results. The website is configured to send standard events such as PageView and Lead. We do not intentionally send medical conditions, diagnoses, treatment details, accident narratives, or consumer case information to Meta.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website through session recordings and interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Information entered into form fields is masked in Clarity recordings.

Meta, Microsoft, and other providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies. Browser controls, privacy extensions, and platform advertising settings may be used to limit this activity.

How information is shared

Business information may be processed by service providers that help us host the website, deliver form submissions, communicate with firms, maintain security, and measure advertising. We do not collect or sell patient medical records or consumer health data.

Retention and security

We retain business inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, and dispute prevention. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete business contact information you submitted, or request that we stop contacting you. You may make a request by replying to any communication you receive from MVA Calls or by using the business contact channel through which you were introduced to us.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision.
